Once upon a time there was a man with a gentle voice and quiet charm. He made several movies and worked in a TV show playing a character who rode a motorcycle from town to town, touching lives, and singing a little here and there. Then some of us didn't hear much of him for awhile.
We wondered if he would ever come to sing for us again.

Michael Parks is singing, and he recorded 17 songs for us to enjoy.

Included are:
Where Is Your Heart (Moulin Rouge)
I'll Never Be Free
Don't Go To Strangers
Together Again

This CD was a long time
coming, but it was
worth waiting for.

Take a trip to Listen Recordings
where you can order your copy.

We're pleased to host the work of artisan Joan Garnand on our little patch of light on the web. Joan's creations are finally finding their way out of her Tennessee community and into the hearts of admirers everywhere.

Joan also spends much of her time doing hand-painted stationery and face painting at private events and at Tennessee festivals.

The man in the banner below this text is not your average guy next door.
This man is Scott L. Schwartz.
If you ever get into trouble, you'll want him on your side.

This guy means business.
And his business is playing big and bad.
Big may come easy, because he's 6'10" and weighs about 300 pounds.
I'm not sure how he pulls off the bad part though, because he actually seems to be very...

Well, never mind. Just click on the banner and get ready for some action.

Scott played a camouflage wrestler in the highly successful film Spiderman,
which is out on DVD as of November 1, 2002.

Oceans Eleven is out on VHS and DVD--you can watch Scott as "Bruiser"
whenever you want!

You'll see more of Scott's work in the upcoming CBS special
Return To The Bat Cave.

Karla Winfrey got tired of looking for a Santa tie with a face more like her dad's, so she finally designed her own. And now she has angels and carolers and other items. Have a look at Colored Christmas.

If you celebrate Kwanzaa, try this site as a source for a Kinara.

This tip is from a great gal named Donna. Hey, kids--want to know how you're doing in the naughty or nice department? Type your first name at Santa Claus Naughty Or Nice and get the results. You can see how your friends are doing too.
Santa gets a lot of mail, and has many helpers to keep the mail organized. Now that there are so many people on the internet, here's one place you can write to Santa.

Here's a gift idea for someone (maybe yourself!). The International Airline Passengers Association has some interesting benefits, with the lowest level of membership (Bronze) at $49.00. There are lots of discounts on car rentals and hotels, miles rewards, and even a 25 per cent discount on a Priority Pass (gets you into some of those special airport lounges with the showers and other amenities). If you choose a Gold level of membership, the Priority Pass is free (and 10 free visits). For a fairly frequent traveler, this has some nice perks.
If it's a really big deal to you where you sit on a plane, you can view Seating Charts of major airlines' planes.
